Our Policy
Refund/Cancellation Policy for Online Meat Orders:
Cancellation:
If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they must contact us by email or phone at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. We will issue a full refund for any cancellations made within this timeframe. For cancellations made after the cutoff time, we regret that we cannot offer a refund.
Product Returns:
We take pride in the quality of our meats and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If a customer is not happy with the product received, they can contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order to arrange for a refund or replacement. The customer must provide photographic evidence of the product’s condition upon delivery.
Damaged or Out of Date Products:
In the unlikely event that a customer receives a damaged or out of date product, they must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order to arrange for a refund or replacement. The customer must provide photographic evidence of the damage or expiry date.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the customer does not comply with the above policy. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and provide excellent customer service.
